My name is Tina Davis and I’m just a girl trying to navigate through new waters.  Just after my 49th birthday I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, the most common form of Breast Cancer.  Follow me as I chronicle my journey to wellness where I will share my experiences along the way, tips for healthier eating and an overall improved lifestyle.
